Said Abulafia

Said Abulafia is a CEO and business professional based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Raised in Jaffa as the eldest of five, he attended a British private Christian school with an international student community, an experience that helped shape his open-minded approach to people and business.

He began his professional career in the mergers and acquisitions department of what was then Israel’s largest law firm. He later transitioned into his family’s bakery business, a heritage brand established in 1879, where he has focused on business development, strategic growth, hospitality operations, and customer relationships.

Said believes successful businesses are built through consistency, resilience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to people. He values steady execution, clear standards, and long-term brand trust over short-term wins.

Outside of work, he prioritizes fitness, reading, cooking and baking for loved ones, hiking, tennis, and walks by the sea. He also supports initiatives that encourage dialogue and understanding across communities.
